Becoming a Quiver DAO member is simple. People who are seriously interested in the Quiver Protocol can participate in the upcoming Quiver Emotional NFT sale, own an NFT, get voting power from the Quiver Emotional NFT sale and be part of Quiver DAO.

As a Quiver DAO member, you will be entitled to have certain benefits and rewards given to you by the Quiver Foundation! Only emotional NFT owners can be a Quiver DAO member!

What will Quiver DAO members do?

Foundation is not the only one that controls the future of Quiver. The Foundation’s main role is to build an initial community, development, marketing team and DAO that can push the protocol.

As a Quiver DAO member, your role is critical to the development of the Quiver Protocol as you will act as the communities’ voice in helping shape the future of the Quiver Foundation as a whole:

Quiver DAO members participate in protocol’s future planning session along with the foundation.

Quiver DAO members manage funds collected for growth of the protocol, including all the funds collected from QSTK token sale
Quiver DAO members manage the funds collected for investment, these funds are collected when the product is ready.

Why is DAO needed in the Quiver Protocol?

Quiver is planning a QSTK token sale in June, and the foundation is going to put all funds collected from the QSTK sale into a DAO managed multisig wallet directly rather than holding it for transparency.

For that, the foundation is setting up Quiver DAO before token sale as part of the Emotional Value NFT sale process.

Steps on Quiver DAO Setup

As a first stage, the foundation will create Aragon DAO and give voting power to NFT owners based on the above voting power calculation rule.
All the NFT owners do first governance action to withdraw the ETH they spent on discounted QSTK purchase to Quiver DAO multisig wallet.
Once funds are withdrawn to the Quiver DAO wallet, all the asset management will be controlled by the Quiver DAO voting process.
All upcoming investment to Quiver Protocol will go to Quiver DAO wallet.
